Tutoring
The National Honor Society (NHS) of Holy Name High School offers tutorial help to all students in need of academic help. Teachers, parents, students, and administration can request help for a student in any subject area. These students are then matched with a volunteer from NHS. Both the NHS member and the student in need of help are placed in a tutorial homeroom. To maximize the amount of time that students are tutored, both the NHS volunteer and the student are asked to be in homeroom by 7:45 every morning.
